I am way behind on posting my 365 weeks on my blog.
The last day of week 17 was a tough day, that was the day that our “beloved double pawed Amber Kitten” (as Meadow wrote on one of his headstones) was hit by a car that left him in the road. We have just now, two weeks to the day later started to get ourselves back together. It is, of course, always hard to loose a beloved pet, but to see your 11 month old kitten suffering and covered in blood in the street is quite a trauma, especially for a child. Time has not been spent on the computer as much, and I am behind in everything, from laundry to blogging. Now I am playing catch up posting week 17 and week 18 right after.
The week started out pretty normally with some sunny days, and some rainy days, the forsythia and weeping cherry tree had just started to bloom. It really is crazy how one minute there you are, getting ready for a play date, packing a bag, all excited, and in the next minute with the ringing of the doorbell life changed, we are on rocky ground I guess. They say time will heal all wounds, and I know things will get back to normal. Or maybe not back to normal, things may stay changed, some things just change a person.
So here is week 17…
