A lifestyle shoot is a 1-2 hour shoot perfect for family portraits, engagement photos, senior portraits, maternity and newborn pictures or any event or gathering. I have a few nature spots where I love to photograph kids and families, but if you have a special place in nature or other location you prefer within 1/2 hour of West Hartford we can meet there! Maternity shoots should be booked and scheduled in advance to coincide with 30 to 36 weeks of pregnancy. Newborn shoots are booked in advance, then we schedule a time for the shoot within the first week after the baby arrives.

Forest Bath
Forest bath sessions take place out in nature and last between one and two hours. We can do these at any point in the year. We plan our meeting space very carefully, we want this to be an authentic time out in nature. Hiking, playing in water, playing in snow, building shelters or land art, collecting rocks, shells, leaves, finding frogs and bugs. HumanNature
A HumanNature session is truly unique. I will shoot between 2 and 4 rolls of medium format, black and white film out in nature. I use a vintage film camera to create one of a kind, fine art, photography for you and your family. We meet in your yard, or in a field to work together to create something truly unique and special together. Typically a HumanNature session can last from one to 2 hours, depending on how quickly we work. We will not see the finished product until the film is processed and scanned. Prints are available for purchase after we see the final scans.

Artist Studio Shoot
An artist studio shoot is a documentary shoot that takes place in your studio. We spend one to two hours in your studio; you work, I document. We then take head shots either in your studio or outside of your studio. Includes media release so you can use images in publications.

*All sessions include a consultation via phone or email to discuss clothing and location after a 50% booking fee is paid. Digital files, prints and other products are not included in session fee prices. Images are delivered via an online gallery, sample galleries available upon request.
