People have been asking me how I make my cyanotypes, I know we are all cooped up for the next few weeks or the foreseeable future, and maybe you are looking for a new activity. Cyanotype is an alternative photographic process, you can read all about it on my past blog post here. Basically a cyanotype is a contract print exposed in the sun, instead of in a darkroom. The images in this post are mostly just utilitarian, to show the process, but you can see some of my other finished cyanotypes here, and you can see how much I love adding gold leaf to them these days! Today I led a class at Capitol Community College. I chose one of my absolutely favorite, creativity freeing, activities to do with the students in the Early Childhood Department. My class on drawing with your non dominant hand  is so fun and so freeing. When you allow yourself the freedom to let of of perfection, and get your groove on, you might actually achieve perfection. If not perfection, then at least, all consuming happiness. I love teaching my creativity classes, freeing your creativity leads to all kinds of positive changes in our emotional selves.
