It is an honor to be included in any exhibition, and the annual Nor’Easter show at the New Britain Museum Of American Art is no different. I am sure that all of the work will be outstanding, this is exhibition is always a highlight. Anyone who had art accepted, or who held their heart in their hand and took the chance to apply to this (or any show) should be proud! So come on out to see some fabulous art at NBMAA, the show will be up from June 22 through July 14.
Liberty 01
My accepted submission, Liberty One, is a part of a year long collaborative project called Feathered. Come see my piece, along with all of the other amazing art, at the show opening this Sunday, June 23 from 12:30-2. I will also be doing an artist talk on Wednesday, June 26 from 1-1:45, along with a bunch of other featured artists. I really hope to see some friendly faces that day, as I am terrified of public speaking… but I will do my best! All the info is below and on the New Britain Museum Of American Art website.
