Maine On Film

Hurrah! It is scan day!  For a film photographer that can me like a birthday that happens often, and is SO exciting!  You just love to get that email that says your scans are ready!  This blog is of two rolls I shot in Maine in September.  The first set of images are from my Microcord TLR film camera.

This second batch of images were made using my Mamiya RZ67 camera.  It’s giant, but I love it anyway.


The biggest cliche in photography is sunrise and sunset. ~Catherine Opie  


But sometimes, you just have to embrace that cliche, and make it your own.

On the ride home we stopped in to see my friend Cate Wnek, we took some images of each-other, it was really fun!  I loved my time in Maine must Meadow and I, we called it a ‘girlventure”, Girlventures are fun!
