Feathered~~ Weeks Twenty One through Twenty Five

Welcome to the monthly Feathered blog post. We are just about half way through the year! When Lili Love and I started this project we had little more than a dream and a love of nature and all things feathered… We have come to cherish this little project, and we thank you so much for watching along with us.  We can feel you cheering and sending love and are just so glad to be creating this project together.

~~Feathered, Week Twenty One~~

May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung
May you stay forever young
Forever young, forever young ~Bob Dylan

~~Feathered, Week Twenty Two~~

The boundaries which divide Life from Death are at best shadowy and vague. Who shall say where the one ends, and where the other begins? ~Edgar Allan Poe

~~Feathered, Week Twenty Three~~

“If you shut your eyes and are a lucky one, you may see at times a shapeless pool of lovely pale colours suspended in the darkness; then if you squeeze your eyes tighter, the pool begins to take shape, and the colours become so vivid that with another squeeze they must go on fire.”
― J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

~~Feathered, Week Twenty Four~~
I’ll be the Earth to ground you
From the chaos all around
I’ll be the home you return to
I can be your middle ground
And I will serve as a reminder
If you jump you will not fall
Go on and spread those wings of reason
We are water after all.~ Nahko and Medicine for the People

~~Feathered, Week Twenty Five~~

Hold fast to dreams
For if dreams die
Life is a broken-winged bird
That cannot fly.
Hold fast to dreams
For when dreams go
Life is a barren field
Frozen with snow.  ~Langston Hughes
