You can normally find me wandering around in nature taking photographs of children and families laughing, spinning, playing, hugging, splashing…. in the woods, fields, rivers, oceans and meadows… Or dragging a medium format film camera, or a vintage SX-70 about to take fine art images… but sometimes I also put on my big girl boots and head into the urban jungle to photograph up and coming rock stars! (look her up, Amanda Holley, she is amazing!)
This shoot was so very fun, we headed into the heart of Hartford CT to laugh, spin, dance and play as the sun set over the buildings. It is just the same as laughing and playing in nature, but different. In some I feel like she looks like an Urban Little Red Riding Hood. An Urban fairy tail!
